Uji Match powder is made from real Uji (Kyoto) tea leaves. We explored Japan's top tea regions and found that Uji matcha is the most well-known for good reason.
Uji matcha has the perfect balance. This exceptional tea has a harmonious matcha flavour - strong enough to satisfy, but not too overpowering. It also has delicate floral notes that add a refined complexity.
How to brew
1) Add ½ tsp (1g) of Matcha powder to a small cup or bowl.
2) Add about 150ml of water at about 80 °C.
3) Stir well with a spoon or whisk (with a bamboo whisk) until frothy. Serve immediately.
