Hailing from a misty, secluded village in Yame, this exquisite green tea is the cherished creation of a family-run farm upholding pesticide-free traditions. Grown at a relatively low elevation, our premium Sencha undergoes a meticulous process of gentle steaming during production, preserving its vibrant chlorophyll notes without oxidation. The leaves are then meticulously air-dried and rolled, resulting in long, slender, brilliantly verdant sprigs.
