Our premium Aged Puer tea is compressed into convenient mini cubes, making it easy to brew. The tea leaves are sourced from the renowned Yunnan province in China. They were hand-picked during the autumn season and then fully fermented using the traditional wet piling method.

The natural fermentation process cultivates beneficial microbes that help break down different fats, aiding digestion - especially after a heavy meal. For this reason, Aged Puer has become a staple tea served at dim sum restaurants across China.

After the initial fermentation, the loose-leaf tea was carefully stored for two years to further develop its intricate character. It was then individually pressed into the signature cube shape and wrapped in protective paper, preserving the tea's exceptional qualities.

This meticulous fermentation process imbues the tea with a deep, complex flavour profile and a velvety, smooth mouthfeel - hallmarks of this revered style of Puer.
