Pricing

All prices are quoted in Hong Kong $ Dollars.

Free Delivery

All orders over HK$500 or equivalent delivered to UK, USA, Australia, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan and Singapore will receive FREE delivery.

Processing

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days. If there is an unforeseen delay, we will contact you.

Delivery time

All deliveries are consigned to Hong Kong post and shipped by air. It takes 7~10 working days or even sooner for the parcel to reach you (Less for customers in Hong Kong or nearby countries). Some countries may take longer because of different local postal conditions.

Delivery Charges

Each delivery charge begins at 0.5kg (approximately 3-4 teas) and goes up in increments of 0.5kg.

Orders over 6kg are considered wholesale and we will contact you in order to confirm which is the most efficient and cost effective delivery option for you

Delivery costs

Customs and Import Charges

Within the European Union, duty is not applied to your delivery, but outside the EU charges may apply. Please check with your local customs office because YOU will be responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes and import charges on your delivery.

Returns

We pride ourselves on you enjoying our products. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our products you have 30 days of receipt to return it to us by post in its original condition. We will give you a full refund excluding the delivery costs. Before you post the item back, please email us on nihao@manchateas.com for confirmation. Please wrap your parcel in its original packaging and securely to avoid damage in transit back to us. Please note we cannot accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit to us. We advise you to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using the Post Office

Mistakes do happen and if on the rare occasion the item is faulty or the wrong order we will replace them free of charge. Please email us for instructions on how to return the goods. Once we have received them, we will issue a full refund or send replacements – we leave that choice to you.
