One of the most popular teas in China because of its mix of floral and fruit flavours. This iron buddha is of the lighter oxidised variety, which makes it a brighter and fresher type of Oolong tea. Made from a small farm of which only produces small quality batches.
This selection is aged a few years, therefore its complexities has increased and is ideal for multiple infusions. Drinkers should savour the change in taste from hints of honey to fruit through infusions. Can be brewed hot or cold.
