QUICK BREW INSTRUCTIONS

Jasmine. Fill 1 measuring circle per 200ml cup. Water temperature 75°C.  Steep for 1-2 minutes.  Can be re-infused up to 3 times.

Oolong Teas. Fill 1 measuring circle per 200ml cup. Water temperature  85°C.  Steep for 2 minutes.  Can be re-infused up to 4 times.

Flowering Tea: Place bulb in large glass teapot or tall heat proof glass. Water temperature 95°C.  Steep until flower fully blossoms.

Aged Puer: Put cube in tea pot. Water temperature 100°C.  Steep for 20seconds. Can be re-infused up to 7 times.

 

HOW WE LIKE IT – GONG FU STYLE

NEED: Small teapot or Gaiwan,      150ml water

Step 1: FILL MEASURING CIRCLE WITH TEA LEAVES

Place whole Puer cube in teapot

 

Step 2: WASH TEA LEAVES

Pour tea leaves into teapot

Add hot water for Jasmine 75°C

Oriental Beauty

Oolong 85°C

Tie Kuan Yin 90°C

Flowering Tea 95°C

Aged Puer 100°C

Decant all water from teapot

Don’t drink

 

Step 3: 1st INFUSION

– Add hot water

– Steep 15-20 seconds

– Decant tea into teacup and drink

 

Step 4: 2nd INFUSION

Add hot water

Steep 20-25 seconds

Decant and drink

 

Step 5: 3rd INFUSION

Add hot water

Steep 30-35 seconds

Decant and drink

 

Further infusions can be enjoyed.
